For rescheduling, I do require a 48 hr notice. If you need to reschedule and give me proper notice, your deposit will be secure for one reschedule. Any reschedules after that, I will require another deposit to make another appointment with me.
As for being late, please contact me via phone or email as soon as you know. If it’s more than 15 minutes late, I will likely need to reschedule you as I book multiple clients a day and cannot push back other clients because of one late client. Also if you are 15 minutes or more late and don’t notify me, you will lose your original deposit and I will require another deposit.
Unfortunately no, I do not offer piercing services.
I am appointment only for tattoos but in the event that I have a reschedule or cancellation, I may take walk-in tattoos during that time.
Stay up to date on walk-in availability by following our socials, Facebook & Instagram.
Due to limited space in the studio and entering cold and flu season, I ask that you do NOT bring any guest(s) with you.
Approximately 2 weeks before your appointment, start moisturizing and exfoliating your tattoos desired location.
Starting one week before, drink lots of water. Staying hydrated makes for an easier tattoo session. Starting 2 days before your appointment, avoid any drugs or alcohol.
On the day of your appointment, dress comfy! Wear loose clothes, and bring whatever you need to be comfortable (clean blanket, headphones, food, a book, etc.) Please eat food beforehand and please bring snacks and water with you.
Ideally you should wait a few months to let your new tattoo settle before determining if a touch-up is needed. All tattoos heal differently on each individual. I ask that clients email a photo if they believe a touch up is needed.
You will get one free touch-up within a year of original tattoo appointment. Touch-up sessions will be scheduled each new booking period, meaning that sometimes you may have to wait 3-4 months to a get a touch up session scheduled due to the high volume of clientele that I serve.
If the touch-up is needed due to the result of the clients fault such as swimming, sunburn, picking at a fresh tattoo or other instances, the touch up is not free.
Fingers/Hands Touch Ups:
Because finger and hand tattoos do not normally hold the best due to how much we use our hands on a daily basis, hand and finger touch ups are not free. Shop minimum applies here unless session goes over an hour at which point, the hourly rate will be adopted.
