All you have to do is fill out the form on my website. Once the form has been reviewed, you’ll be responded to via email. I encourage clients to fill out the form to the best of their ability. You may be asked to come in for an in person consult.
Flash designs, ongoing projects and those who have gift vouchers will be prioritized.
I also ask myself certain questions when reviewing tattoo forms;
• Is there enough information included in the booking form to bring an idea to life? Or are there too many ideas to narrow down to or to even fit in a tattoo?
• How much artistic freedom do I have with this piece?
I choose pieces very carefully so that I produce the best tattoos I can for myself and my clients. If I feel like an idea isn’t the best for my wheelhouse, I will happily recommend some other artists who may be a better fit.
It may take me a bit of time to read through everyones forms. Please remember I am only one person responding to those emails. Do not resend your form or send a follow up email as this only creates more emails I have to read through. Please check your spam/junk folders for emailed responses, as sometimes they end up there.
I will then email back to your form to let you know if I am able to book you in or not. I will request a deposit and offer you an appointment day and time. The deposit must be paid in order to hold your appointment date, as I don’t hold spots in my book without deposits.
You may be required to come in person for a consult depending on the piece requested before booking with me.
Deposits are $100 minimum and they are non-refundable. They come off the cost of your tattoo on the day of the appointment. Larger tattoos that require more drawing time require a larger deposit. They cover my time drawing your tattoo design and secure your spot in my book.
If you miss or cancel your appointment, your deposit is void and I will require a new deposit to rebook. Your deposit is safe for one reschedule provided that you give me a 48 hour notice.
My schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 10am-4pm.
My most requested days are Friday and Saturday so if those days are your first choice, please have a second choice of day. Flexibility with your schedule allows me to sometimes book you in sooner because you’re not waiting for a specific day.
I require a 48 hr notice if you need to reschedule. If you reschedule before the 48 hour cutoff, then your deposit is safe and will be transferred to your rescheduled tattoo date.
If you reschedule after the 48hr cutoff, then your deposit is void and a new deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment.
Please also note that appointments are non-transferable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment you may not give someone else your appointment spot. I will determine how to fill the spot.
I charge by the hour. My rate is $150/hr with a two hour minimum. I still do those quicker & smaller tattoos so lets do them all at once! At the time of booking I can give an estimate on how long it will take me to tattoo but remember that it is just an estimate and it really comes down to how well the client can sit, the size of the tattoo, and the actual design and details.
Cash is always PREFERRED. I do have a Square card reader if you absolutely have to pay with card.
I’m always booking flash designs so please email me if you are interested in one! They live in the flash highlight on my Instagram.
Flash pieces cannot be claimed without an appointment being made and a deposit being paid.
No, I do not show designs prior to the appointment. I always schedule time within our appointment for any minor changes to be made.
If multiple revisions or a complete redraw are needed- a reschedule date will be discussed. An additional deposit may be required for a drawing a new design.
Although I totally understand the excitement about seeing your tattoo design, I am super busy and designs will be ready on the day of the appointment. Don’t worry, I allow enough time on the day of to make adjustments to your design if necessary. I want you to be completely happy with your tattoo.
At the time of booking, I encourage my clients to email me reference photos of their ideas as well as tattoos I have done. In your email, please explain what you love about each reference photo and what you aren’t crazy about as well. You can always ask for an in person consult if you want one! You may even be required to come in for one depending on the tattoo requested. I also offer Facetime/phone consults if you aren’t local.
Please note, I do not draw in advance or sketch anything up without a deposit.
Yes, depending on the tattoos, I may be able to tattoo them during the same appointment. But if not, I can book them separately. Just make sure you include both requests in one form and describe each tattoo to the best of your ability. Please understand I do my best to book in as many people as possible, and I may only be able to only tattoo one of your requested tattoos during the period I am booking for.
You can also book sessions with your friends, just please have your friend complete a form as well and let me know in the form that you’d like to book together on the same day. Keep in mind this is dependant on the tattoos, smaller ones are usually not an issue but larger pieces may need their own day.
Once you’ve sent your deposit and I’ve confirmed your appointment, all you have to do is show up. (Please read my FAQ page on how to prep for your tattoo appointment) I will have your design ready for you when you arrive, let you review it, and make any necessary changes. I always make sure my clients are happy with their design before tattooing. There is NO pressure to get a tattoo you aren’t completely happy with. Please speak up and ask questions if you are unsure about anything. If we need to scrap the design and start over, then we will talk about what needs to be changed and reschedule the appointment.
Yes please, this also applies to any inquires sent during books closed.
